Bad Bunny was the artist <strong>most listened to Latin<\/strong> node <em>Spotify Wrapped <\/em>2024, ranking third globally behind Taylor Swift and The Weeknd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karol G stood out as the most listened to Latin female artist by <strong>fifth year<\/strong> consecutive, while Featherweight and Feid also featured in the Top 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A new POP<\/strong><br><br>O&nbsp;<em>worldpop<\/em>&nbsp;was the genre <strong>most listened to by Gen Z<\/strong> in recent years, proving that pop has evolved to incorporate new <strong>global sounds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genres such as reggaeton, Mexican music and funk <strong>reach the mainstream<\/strong>, propelling new artists to the top. An example of this is <strong>Ludmilla<\/strong>, who saw a 112% increase in streams in 2024 and became the first black Latin American artist to achieve <strong>1 billion streams<\/strong> on Spotify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Latin seasoning<\/strong><br><br>The growth of the Latin genre is driven by its energy, emotion and authenticity. A new generation mixes salsa, tropical music, funk and reggaeton, uniting <strong>tradition and modernity<\/strong> to expand the reach of the genre <strong>different audiences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>They have been making money<\/strong><br><br>The genre&#039;s impact goes beyond digital. In 2024, tours by Latin artists accounted for <strong>15% of the global concert market<\/strong>.
